Carlos Boozer almost did as he was the team's top performer with 17 points, 8 rebounds, and 2 assists off the bench, but the Lakers had no answer for Monta Ellis' 31 point performance as the Mavs beat the Lakers 100-93. Wesley Johnson added 15 points on 6-9 shooting, Wayne Ellington had 13 points, and Jordan Clarkson chipped in 15 points to round out the starters. Ed Davis was the only player to join Boozer in double figures off the bench with 10 points and 8 rebounds.
