Lakers Top Suns Sunday Night

*Stats from Yahoo! Sports and NBA.com*

How about that? Lakers beat the Warriors on Friday, Raiders beat the Broncos on Sunday Night, and simultaneously, the Lakers beat the Suns on Sunday Night. Great weekend Raider Nation, Laker Nation! I couldn't post the quick fact check after the Lakers-Suns game because primarily, I was so fired up when the Raiders beat the Broncos in front of a national audience. But, here it is. The morning after quick fact check. I'll eat some crow a little on Nick Young. I thought it would've been beneficial if he was traded because of the incident with D'Lo and how it could possibly screw up the chemistry. But, this season, he has revitalized his career. Swaggy P was the Lakers' top performer, scoring 22 points on 8-14 shooting and grabbing 7 rebounds to help the Lakers overcome the Suns and Devin Booker's 39 point performance in a 108-119 victory. Julius Randle continues to stay hot with 18 points on 6-9 shooting. Timofey Mozgov had a solid game with 14 points and 8 rebounds. D'Angelo Russell shot 2-11 from the field, but finished with 11 points, 5 rebounds, and 6 assists. The bench play continues to stay hot with Jordan Clarkson leading the way with 18 points and Lou Williams following with 14 points and 6 assists.

Final Score: vs. Phoenix 108-119 [W]
