Banged Up Lakers Succumb to Red Hot Rockets

The Lakers now find themselves in a ditch after digging a massive hole the last 4 games. MWP, filling out the absence of Pau Gasol at the power forward position, was surprisingly the top performer for the Lakers scoring 24 points and 6 rebounds, but a furious rally by the Rockets in the second half lead the Lakers to their demise 112-125. Kobe Bryant rotated to the small forward position again scoring 20 points and Steve Nash racked up 16 points and 10 assists as he joins the 10,000 assists club, but even that didn't stop the Rockets. Robert Sacre filled in quite well in the absence of Dwight Howard as he scored 10 points and 4 blocks all in the 1st half, Darius Morris tallied 12 points, and Jodie Meeks lead the bench also with 12 points. They have another tough test tonight as they face a deep San Antonio Spurs team that have previously won against them on a 3 point dagger by Danny Green.

Final Score: @ Houston 112-125 [L]
