04/11: LAKERS vs. Golden State Warriors
Q4:
Score: GS 112 LAL 95
Props to the Warriors for clinching that playoff spot and getting a win against the Lakers at Staples for a long time. They didn't play great, but they played well enough to get the win. The Lakers tried to rally back like they always do when facing the Warriors at home, but this time it wasn't enough to get the victory and it's always frustrating to see that. Stay tuned for the full recap.
Q3:
Score: GS 83 LAL 69
It was a rough going for the Lakers early on this quarter, but they are hanging around. Warriors have fouled the Lakers quite a lot this quarter and the free throws are making the Lakers keep within striking distance. Well, at least finally there's a 3rd quarter the Lakers haven't given up at least 100 points before the 4th.
Q2:
Score: GS 58 LAL 43
As an NBA fan as a whole, Steph Curry is just an absolutely amazing player, as a Laker fan, he's frustrating the heck out of us and it showed this quarter. Onto the halftime report.
Q1:
Score: GS 26 LAL 26
Nice shot by Farmar at the buzzer. Curry so far has given some hell on the Laker D, but the Lakers are hitting their 3s and Ryan Kelly has really stood out this quarter. We're all tied, the Lakers can really match wits with the Warriors even at a mediocre state, the only advantage the Warriors have over the Lakers is their back court and size.
