At least the Lakers had a 9 man rotation this game. The Lakers wrap up the 3 game road trip on a high note as Steve Blake was the Lakers' top performer again with 14 points, 4 rebounds, and 8 assists in his 3rd game back as the Lakers beat the 76ers 112-98 in Philly. Steve Nash, celebrating his 40th birthday today, didn't look 40 this game as he finished with 19 points on 8-15 shooting and dishing out 5 assists. Wesley Johnson continues his positive play chipping 17 points and generating 5 steals while Ryan Kelly had a near double-double with 15 points and 8 rebounds. Chris Kaman and Jordan Hill were leading scorers off the bench as Kaman scores 17 points and 8 rebounds on 7-14 shooting and Hill finishes with 14 points and 6 rebounds on a near perfect 6-7 shooting.
*Still ruminating whether or not I should do a full Q-by-Q, halftime, and postgame recap on that day because I will be celebrating my 20th birthday as well on that day, we'll see what happens or I'll make an announcement tomorrow*
