01/15: Party Like It's 2006-2010: LAKERS vs. Cleveland Cavaliers Q-by-Q Reaction
Q4:
Score: CLE 109 LAL 102
The struggle is too real for Nick Young. Missing shots in crucial spotd, finally hits that one three, but it's too little too late. Meanwhile, Kobe Bryant sets a new career high in assists with 17, but it didn't end with a W. Stay tuned for the full recap.
Q3:
Score: CLE 79 LAL 75
Well, looks like the King is out of his cage. That's not a good sign. Kobe deviated away from the facilitating role a bit to see if he can score over LeBron. It didn't work, facilitated again, & tied his career high in assists. LeBron heated up this quarter & now the Cavs lead going into the 4th.
Q2:
Score: CLE 57 LAL 61
Kobe Bryant and LeBron James sharing some smiles and laughs as they're getting older with age, but are still putting up one heck of a show. When LeBron was getting it going this quarter, the Cavs offense was starting to pick up again, then Kobe Bryant comes back on the floor, Laker offense responds back with a strong run to increase the lead back to four. Onto the halftime report.
Q1:
Score: CLE 30 LAL 30
This is some turning back the clock matchup right here. The Cavs started hot early. It looked like it was going to be the Heat game all over again with a 14-0 start, but Kobe to Hill was the formula early on to get the Lakers right back. 6 assists already for Bryant; could reach double digit assists by halftime if B. Scott wishes to leave him there. Cavs started hot, Lakers fought back, score's tied at 30.
