The last time these two teams met, it was a close competitive game down to the wire. Last night? Not so much. Jordan Hill was the Lakers' top performer this game despite the team's struggles of shooting, scoring 13 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 assists, but it wasn't too impressive as the Clippers romped all over the Lakers 89-114. Those who joined Hill in double-figure scoring didn't have an all-around impressive night as well as Wayne Ellington scored 13 points on a lackluster 4-10 shooting and Jeremy Lin added 12 points to round out the starters in double figures. Meanwhile off the bench, Jordan Clarkson lead all scorers with 14 points, Carlos Boozer added 10 points, and Nick Young continues his horrible shooting display racking up 11 points on 4-15 shooting. Despite resting during Blazers game, Kobe Bryant returned on a flat note as he contributed a whopping 4 points on 2-12 shooting despite making it up in the rebounds and assists category with 8 boards and 7 dimes.
