Lakers Fall to Blazers Again

The pattern I'm seeing here is that the Lakers compete against the Portland Trailblazers team for the first three quarters until Damian Lillard turns it on in the 4th to help the Blazers pull away. It happened again last night. Carlos Boozer was the Lakers' top performer overall, coming off the bench with 13 points, 9 rebounds, and 3 assists, basically carried the whole bench considering the whole 2nd unit was inefficient last night, but Lillard burns them again with another 30+ point performance to help the Blazers beat the Lakers 106-94. Wesley Johnson was the top scorer in the starting lineup, chipping in 17 points on 7-14 shooting, Jordan Hill added 14 points, and Wayne Ellington chipped in 10 points to round out the starters. Ronnie Price, despite a lackluster in scoring, had a career high in assists as he dished out 12 dimes.

Final Score: vs. Portland 106-94 [L]
