Lakers Earn 2nd Victory of the Year Over Rival Celtics

Despite how terrible the Lakers have been playing so far season, there's nothing better than to beat the team you love to hate. Pau Gasol was the team's top performer with 24 points, 13 rebounds, and 6 assists shooting 9-15 from the field as the Lakers go to Boston to beat their old nemesis Celtics 107-104, spoiling Rajon Rondo's return after tearing his ACL last season. Jodie Meeks added 17 points and Wesley Johnson added another double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds. Kendall Marshall had his bounce back game scoring 19 points and dishing out 14 assists while Ryan Kelly had his breakout game as a Laker in his rookie career scoring 20 points off the bench.
