Nuggets' 2nd Half Dominance Pummels Lakers

Just when the Lakers were getting things going with Friday's win, they come back down to earth. Pau Gasol was the Lakers' top performer scoring 25 points, 10 rebounds, 5 assists, and 3 blocks, but the Lakers were simply outmatched team-wise as the Nuggets outscore the Lakers in the 2nd half 77-54 to beat them in Brian Shaw's return to LA as head coach 137-115. Jodie Meeks added 23 points, Robert Sacre added 15 points shooting a perfect 6-6 from the field, and Nick Young came off the bench with 21 points.
