Alright welcome in to the halftime and the last halftime report of the 2013 NFL regular season in a divisional game between the Raiders and the Broncos where the Broncos are just walloping on the Raiders in black hole 31-0 and setting all types of historical records.
I mean what's there to talk about in the halftime post? Nothing! This is a truly embarrassing game to watch. How this game is sold out is beyond me. Maybe we can thank all the people in orange in the stands flying from Denver for selling the Coliseum out. As a Raider fan, it is one of the most humiliating things where there's more fans of the opposing team in the crowd than the home team! Kudos to the Raider Nation who remained loyal and attended every home game to put up with this crap week after week! And I'm not done with this rant!
No positives in this half. The Raiders allowed the Broncos become the highest regular season scoring team in NFL history, they allowed Peyton Manning to break Drew Brees' record for most passing yards in a regular season. The offense is trash, the defense is trash. Losing 3 straight, 3 losses against divisional opponents to end the season, the most absurd way to end a season, losing 3 straight against division opponents. The Raiders were out-gained by the Broncos in yardage that 315-55! And it looks like the Broncos are not done yet, yeah they still want to blow up the history books, probably the most classless way because they already have the records and pretty much have the 1 seed locked up for the playoffs.
This halftime post is a waste of time. The Raiders have long lost their competitive spirit this season. The least they can do is at least make this a game, if they can. This is embarrassingly laughable to watch.
