Kaman, Meeks Carry Lakers Past Suns

Knowing a playoff spot is at stake for the Suns, the Lakers took it to heart in attempt to derail their division rival's hopes. Chris Kaman had his best game of the season since last month vs. Chicago as he was the Lakers' top performer with 28 points and 17 rebounds to lead the Lakers' upset over the Suns 99-115. Jodie Meeks was the 2nd leading scorer 22 points, Kendall Marshall finally re-igniting some life into his game, recording 13 points and 11 assists, and Kent Bazemore racked up 12 points despite shooting poorly from the field. From the bench, Ryan Kelly was the top scorer chipping 17 points and Nick Young contributed 11 points, also despite shooting from the field.

Final Score: vs. Phoenix 99-115 [W]

Note: I do apologize for these posts coming in late. I've been in and out of the hospital with family taking care of my grandmother. Hopefully no setbacks happen for my grandma tomorrow, if so, the Lakers-Blazers game will be in the quick recap format. Once again, I'm very sorry guys.
