Nash, Hill, Young Return, Still Can't Help Lakers' Woes vs. Wizards
Being out for a long period of time, Jordan Hill, Nick Young, and Steve Nash returned for the Lakers in tonight's game vs. Washington. Among the 3, Young was the one that didn't look like he missed a beat as he was the Lakers' top performer off the bench with 21 points on 7-19 shooting and 4-9 from beyond the arc, but even at close to full strength, the Lakers still faltered over the Wizards 117-107. Hill added 9 points and 14 rebounds and Nash (surprised they let him play at this point of the season) chipped in 5 points and dished out 11 assists. All other Lakers, Jodie Meeks was the top performer in the starting lineup also with 21 points and 4 steals; Pau Gasol, another double-double with 14 points and 14 rebounds, Robert Sacre added 11 points, and Xavier Henry came off the bench finishing the night with 12 points.
