Lakers Fall to Nuggets in OT

Kobe Bryant was the Lakers' top performer with 27 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists on 10-24 shooting, but the Lakers couldn't pull a victory as the Nuggets force overtime in LA and defeated the Lakers 101-94. Jeremy Lin added 17 points on 8-15 shooting and Robert Sacre, not Nick Young, was the leading scorer off the bench yet again with 13 points. Jordan Hill chipped in a double-double with 11 points and 14 rebounds, but shot 2-8 from the field while Wesley Johnson was a nonfactor in the offense, but was a factor in the boards, grabbing 12 rebounds.
