The Lakers continue to free fall since their beat down against the merciless Mavs in Dallas last week. Kobe Bryant was the Lakers' top performer this game with 26 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists, but he missed a 3 pointer that could've been the game winner as the Minnesota Timberwolves held off the Lakers 120-119 behind 20+ point performances by Mo Williams, Thaddeus Young, and rookie, Zach LaVine. Wesley Johnson added 19 points on 7-10 shooting, Jeremy Lin added a double-double of 18 points and 11 assists, and Carlos Boozer added 15 points to round out the starters in double figures. Nick Young after 2-3 games falling below double figures in scoring off the bench, found some life this game as he added 16 points on 6-12 shooting.
