Swaggy P Returns, Kobe Reaches 32,000 Point Milestone in Lakers' Win vs. Hawks
It is indeed an awkward moment that two of the Lakers wins this season came from Eastern Conference teams (referencing in NBA Memes picture). In the Lakers' 114-109 victory in Atlanta, Kobe Bryant was the Lakers' top performer this game scoring 28 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 assists with an efficient 10-18 shooting as he reached the 32,000 point mark and is now 291 shy from tying Michael Jordan on the NBA's all-time scoring list. Carlos Boozer also had a big game with a double-double or 20 points and 10 rebounds on 10-14 shooting. Jordan Hill and Jeremy Lin joined Boozer in the double-double category as Hill scored 18 points and grabbed 10 rebounds while Lin scored 15 points and dished out 10 assists. Nick Young, Swaggy P, returned tonight after recovering from a thumb injury as he ignited the Lakers' 2nd unit off the bench with 17 points on a surprising 6-10 shooting from the field, not bad for someone just coming off of injury.
