RAIDERS @ Rams Halftime Post

Score: OAK 0 STL 38

Alright welcome in to the halftime post of the Raiders' 3rd NFC West matchup against the St. Louis Rams where the Rams put on a first half beat down on the Raiders 0-38

The Positives

Nothing. There are not a lot of positives to talk about so far into this game. The Raiders are just being completely flabbergasted by the Rams on all three phases of the game: offense, defense, and special teams.

The Negatives

EVERYTHING. On offense, defense, and special teams. From Carr's two INTs to George Atkinson III's fumbles on kickoffs to put the Raiders deep into their own territory, to the penalties, especially on the Marcel Reece false start when the Raiders were going on 4th and 1, and the pathetic effort by the defense to stop this Rams offense who are just running up, screen passing, bubble screening and not taking too many shots down the field. It's embarrassing to see.

Bottom Line

Oh boy, two more quarters to put up with this game, especially with the Rams playing at such a high level. This game could go 70+ to nothing if the Rams keep playing like this and if the Raiders keep playing like this. Nothing you can say how the Raiders can adjust. You just gotta hope that some miracle happens that somehow Greg Olson pulls his head out of his @$$ and starts taking shots with nothing to lose or if Jason Tarver can wake the F up and start calling aggressively on defense or if Sparano can start yelling at guys and light a fire under this team's @$$.
