The Lakers just seem to somehow remain perfect against Eastern Conference teams. Jordan Hill was the Lakers' top performer this game recording a double-double of 22 points and 13 rebounds as the Lakers defeated the Pistons 106-96 at the Palace. All 5 starters were in double figures yet again as Carlos Boozer added 14 points, Wesley Johnson with 13 points, and Jeremy Lin with 11 points. Kobe Bryant recorded another triple-doub- wait no, recorded a double-double with 12 points and 13 assists despite committing 10 turnovers. Nick Young was the leading scorer off the bench yet again with 19 points. The Lakers head to Washington today to face the Wizards hoping to keep their undefeated streak against the East alive.
